Operational rules describe current product behavior. “Legal review required” marks wording or obligations that must be checked for each jurisdiction; it is not a promise of legal enforcement.
Standard buyer inspection
Operational ruleEvery supported retail order includes a 72-hour buyer inspection window beginning only from GPUCircle's authoritative carrier-confirmed delivery event. This is mandatory and separate from optional physical inspection.
Buyers should compare the serial, preserve packaging and tamper evidence, run appropriate tests, and open a claim before the displayed deadline. Acceptance or expiry without a claim allows release of the payment hold.
Claims and returns
Operational ruleDead-on-arrival, materially not-as-described, serial mismatch, undisclosed repairs, or condition-grade mismatch may support a claim when backed by timely evidence.
A return requires a continuous serial, tamper, shipment, and evidence chain. Conflicting serials, broken chain of custody, or contradictory evidence require manual review; the interface must not promise an automatic outcome.
Off-platform enforcement
Operational ruleSuspected off-platform circumvention follows warning, restriction, and ban review stages based on evidence and account history. The process is not an automatic ban and does not create an automatic circumvention fee.
Consumer rights and enforcement
Legal review requiredMandatory consumer rights can override marketplace rules and differ by buyer, seller, and country. GPUCircle does not promise court enforcement, recovery outside the platform, or a particular legal outcome.
