Terms of use

These terms apply to this GPUCircle build. Listing and sale conduct is spelled out in the Marketplace Rules.

1. The service

  • GPUCircle is a marketplace for used NVIDIA GPUs. Listings, orders and payment-hold records live on this site. Staff operate moderation and settlement; there is no live card-payment processor.
  • Listings marked “Demo listing” are sample catalogue data, not offers from a real seller.

2. Marketplace rules

  • What may be listed, what proof is required, condition grades, shipping, returns and disputes are in the Marketplace Rules. Those rules are part of these terms.

3. Payment hold

  • Buyers pay by bank transfer to the platform. Funds are held until the buyer approves the card or the inspection window in the Marketplace Rules closes with no claim. This is a payment hold, not a licensed escrow service.
  • You must not take a deal off-platform to avoid the platform hold. Suspected circumvention is reviewed through staged warning, restriction and ban review; no fee is automatic.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the email and password on your account. One person or business per account.
  • Identity checks, when required, are carried out by staff. They are not a licensed KYC vendor integration.
