Terms of use

These terms apply to the GPU Circle free growth pilot. Listing and direct-transaction conduct is spelled out in the Marketplace Rules.

1. The service

  • GPU Circle is a global marketplace for used NVIDIA GPUs. During the growth pilot, account registration, eligible listings, offers, direct price agreements and participant email release carry no GPU Circle fee.
  • The pilot runs through 18 March 2027. It does not create a paid membership or an automatic charge when it ends. Any later pricing requires separately published terms and clear acceptance.
  • Listings marked ‘Demo listing’ are sample catalogue data, not offers from a real seller.

2. Direct transactions

  • GPU Circle does not receive, hold, transfer or release the GPU purchase price during the free pilot. Buyer and seller arrange payment, testing, shipping, taxes, insurance and handover directly.
  • Local inspection and handover are recommended when practical. For a remote or cross-border transaction, each party is responsible for checking applicable local law, export and import rules, payment risk, carrier terms and available remedies.
  • GPU Circle does not guarantee payment, delivery, product condition or a legal outcome. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer or other rights that apply under local law.

3. Registration, identity and contacts

  • An active account with a verified email is required to list, make or accept offers, confirm an agreement, or receive participant contact details.
  • Before verified emails are released, both parties must confirm the same agreement version and keep a current private identity document on file. Identity documents are encrypted and are never disclosed to the other participant.
  • Authorized staff may access identity evidence only for a recorded review, safety or valid legal purpose under governed access controls. External disclosure occurs only when legally required or supported by a valid legal request.

4. Conduct and records

  • Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, respect other users, and must not upload stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or unlawfully obtained products.
  • Agreement confirmations, contact reads, cancellations, security events and privileged access are recorded for safety, fraud prevention, support and legal obligations.

5. These terms

  • The Marketplace Rules are part of these terms. Jurisdiction-specific consumer, privacy, tax, export and marketplace obligations may also apply.
  • This bundled policy is an operating draft and requires jurisdiction-specific legal review as the service expands.
