Marketplace Rules — Free Pilot v1.1

These rules cover evidence-backed listings and direct buyer-seller agreements. They reduce information risk but do not guarantee a transaction.

1. Scope & eligibility

Used NVIDIA GPU cards only: GeForce (GTX/RTX), workstation (Quadro / RTX Pro), data-center (Tesla / A- / H-series).
Cards must be functional, complete and legally owned. Non-working, unsafe, structurally damaged, or incomplete cards are not eligible for sale.
Prohibited: counterfeit or re-flashed/re-labeled cards, stolen goods, NDA engineering samples, tampered serial numbers.

Registration and verified email are required for listing, offers, agreements and contact release. Start seller review from the Verification Center or contact support@gpucircle.com; never send identity documents by ordinary email.
Before verified emails are released, both participants must confirm the same price version and keep a current private identity document on file.
Identity documents are encrypted and never shown to the other participant. Authorized staff access requires governed permission, MFA, a recorded purpose and an audit event.
One account per person or business. Impersonation, document abuse, account takeover and ban evasion may lead to restriction or removal after review.

FurMark 2 result from a test run for at least 15 minutes, showing max temperature and clock stability. Upload strict UTF-8 TXT or FurMark CSV. Existing paid 3DMark evidence is optional, normally requires Steam, and never substitutes for FurMark.
Mandatory disclosure: mining use (yes / no / unknown), repairs, water-cooling conversion, remaining warranty.

Grade A — Like New: no visible wear, original packaging, reference temps, no repairs.
Grade B — Good: light wear, fully functional, temps within 10% of reference, nothing beyond a repaste.
Grade C — Fair: visible wear or minor damage, functional, may run warm or loud — all photographed.
Grade D — Heavily Worn: functional and safe, with heavy cosmetic wear or maintenance recommended; the same per-card proof and passing FurMark requirements apply.
For-parts cards and cards with structural cracks, PCB damage, non-working fans, liquid damage, artifacts, failed stress tests, or unsafe temperatures are prohibited at every grade.
Misgrading evidence is reviewed under the returns and enforcement process; no price adjustment or sanction is automatic.

GPU Circle charges no listing, agreement or contact-release fee through 18 March 2027. The free pilot does not become a paid membership automatically.
GPU Circle does not receive, hold, transfer or release the GPU purchase price. Buyer and seller arrange payment, testing, shipping, taxes, insurance and handover directly.
Both parties must confirm the same price version. Contact access is limited to that buyer and seller and is rechecked at the time of disclosure.

Local inspection, testing and handover are recommended when practical. Meet in a safe place, compare the serial and evidence, and record the agreed condition and payment.
For remote transactions, agree the payment method, carrier, tracking, insurance, customs responsibility, inspection evidence and return terms before payment or shipment.
Availability on GPU Circle is not a promise that a route, payment method or transaction is lawful or safe in every country. Each party must check applicable local law and restrictions.

GPU Circle does not decide or guarantee a refund, payment recovery, delivery or court outcome for a direct transaction. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply.
Preserve the listing, agreement, messages, payment receipt, shipment record, serial and condition evidence. Use the court, consumer authority, payment provider or other remedy available where the transaction occurred.
GPU Circle may preserve relevant records and disclose private information only when legally required or supported by a valid legal request. Identity documents are not exchanged between participants.

Reviews and reports must be based on a real interaction. Fraud, harassment, counterfeit or stolen goods, account takeover and attempts to access another user’s data are investigated under the evidence and audit record.
Responses may include rate limiting, session revocation, contact lock, listing restriction, suspension, evidence preservation or a report required by law. Security automation is bounded, audited and reversible where practical.
