GPU Verification Standard

Proof or it doesn't list.

Every GPU on GPUCircle is verified against this public standard before it can be sold. Real evidence, no exceptions. If a seller can't produce it, the card doesn't go live.

Technical evidence

Five real photos. No stock images, no edits.

  • Full GPU — frontEntire front face of the card.
  • Full GPU — backEntire back of the PCB.
  • Serial / label close-upSharp shot of the serial number and label.
  • GPU in systemInstalled in the motherboard and powered on.
  • Timestamp photoHandwritten note with today's date next to the running system.

GPU identity

A GPU-Z screenshot taken on the actual card, with the listing ID visible on screen, confirming model, BIOS version, memory type and serial.

BIOS & device IDs

BIOS version, device ID and subvendor ID must be present, internally consistent and valid for the claimed model. This is what catches a re-flashed card sold as something it isn't.

Performance test

A FurMark 2 test run for at least 15 minutes, with temperatures, clocks and artifact detection. Upload its strict UTF-8 TXT result or FurMark CSV monitoring log. Existing paid 3DMark results may be supplementary but never replace FurMark; 3DMark normally requires Steam, and sellers are not asked to install it. We look for no crashes, thermal throttling or visual artifacts, and publish the curve rather than only a verdict.

Disclosures & grade

Honest history, clear condition, fair grade. Every one of these is mandatory and shown on the listing.

  • Mining useYes / no / unknown — unknown is an acceptable answer, silence is not.
  • Repairs or replacementsRepaste, pads, fans, reflow, anything.
  • OverclockedWhether the card has been run outside stock.
  • Water-cooling conversionOriginal cooler removed or replaced.
  • Physical conditionCosmetic wear must be disclosed. Smoke, liquid damage, structural cracks, PCB damage, or missing cooling parts make the card ineligible.

Condition grades

Grade A
Like New

No visible wear, original packaging and accessories, reference-range temperatures, no repairs.

Grade B
Good

Light cosmetic wear, fully functional, temperatures within 10% of reference, nothing beyond a repaste.

Grade C
Fair

Visible wear or minor cosmetic damage, functional, may run warm or loud — every issue photographed.

Grade D
Heavily Worn

Functional and safe but heavily worn, or maintenance recommended. Mandatory evidence and buyer protection still apply.

A claimed grade mismatch is reviewed as potentially not-as-described. No refund or account action is automatic. See the full rules.
