GPU Circle is the service contact for this notice. Jurisdiction-specific rights and disclosures apply where required; contact the privacy address below for the controller details relevant to your location.
Data we collect
- Account data such as email address, display name, password hashes, session and security records.
- Private identity-document data, document status and audited access records. The encrypted document is separate from public profile and listing data.
- Seller, listing, offer, agreement, contact-access, support, moderation, fraud-prevention and audit records.
- Technical records needed to secure and operate the service, such as IP-derived security signals, device and session metadata, health events and application logs.
Why we use it
- To create and secure accounts, review eligible listings, enforce participant isolation, release verified emails only to an authorized agreement pair, investigate fraud or safety events, meet legal obligations and restore service data.
- We do not sell personal information or use private identity evidence for advertising.
Who receives it
- The other participant receives only the verified email released by the agreement workflow. They never receive your identity document, document location, access history or internal risk signals.
- Authorized GPU Circle staff and contracted hosting or storage processors may handle the minimum data needed to operate and secure the service. Staff identity access requires governed permission, fresh MFA, a recorded purpose and an audit event.
- Private records may be disclosed to a court, regulator, law-enforcement authority or other authorized recipient only when legally required or supported by a valid legal request. GPU Circle evaluates the request and applicable law before disclosure where permitted.
Retention and security
- A submitted account identity document is retained for the stated transaction-safety period, currently 180 days unless law, fraud prevention or an active dispute requires a different period. Agreement and audit records may have different lawful retention periods.
- GPU Circle uses encryption, access controls, participant-scoped database rules, audit logs, backups and restore testing. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You can review account security and request a personal-data export. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
- Send privacy requests to info@gpucircle.com. We may verify the requester and may retain records required by law, fraud prevention, security or an active dispute.
International use, children and changes
- GPU Circle is designed for international use, so service providers may process limited service data outside your country under applicable safeguards. A cross-border transaction can also create obligations for the buyer and seller under their local laws.
- The marketplace is not intended for children. Transaction workflows require an adult or authorized business representative.
- Material changes will be dated and presented before they take effect where notice or consent is required.
