Privacy notice
Effective 30 August 2026 · private-preview scope
This notice describes the current product and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review. Final retention periods, controller details and required regional notices must be approved before public launch.
Data we collect
- Account data such as email address, display name, password hashes, session and security records.
- Seller and listing data such as identity-review status, business details, GPU serial evidence, photographs, declarations, test results and moderation history.
- Order, payment-status, shipping, claim, review, support, fraud-prevention and audit records.
- Technical records needed to secure and operate the service, such as IP-derived security signals, device/session metadata and application logs.
Why we use it
- To create and secure accounts, publish eligible listings, operate orders and payment holds, support users, investigate fraud and disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
- We do not sell personal information or use private identity evidence for advertising.
Who receives it
- Authorized GPUCircle staff and service providers receive only the data needed for hosting, email, payments, identity review, security, shipping or legal compliance.
- Public listing and storefront pages show only the fields identified as public. Full credentials, private identity evidence and internal risk signals are not public.
- Data may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, GPUCircle or the public.
Retention and security
- Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and audit purposes. Retention periods must be finalized before public launch.
- GPUCircle uses access controls, audit logs, encrypted transport and secret-management practices, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You can review account security and request a personal-data export from the account area. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
- Send privacy requests to info@gpucircle.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting and may retain records that law, fraud prevention or an active dispute requires.
International use, children and changes
- GPUCircle is designed for cross-border use, so approved providers may process data outside your country with appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
- The marketplace is not intended for children. Seller and payment workflows require an adult or authorized business representative.
- Material changes will be dated and presented before they take effect where consent or notice is required.
