Operational rules describe current product behavior. “Legal review required” marks wording or obligations that must be checked for each jurisdiction; it is not a promise of legal enforcement.
Pilot period and price
Operational ruleGPU Circle registration, eligible listings, offers, direct price agreements and participant email release are free through 18 March 2027.
The pilot does not become a paid membership automatically. Any later pricing requires separately published terms and clear acceptance.
Identity and contact release
Operational ruleBoth participants must confirm the same price version and keep a current private identity document on file before verified emails are released.
Identity documents are encrypted, never shown to the other participant and accessible to authorized staff only for a recorded review, safety or valid legal purpose.
Direct payment and handover
Operational ruleGPU Circle does not receive, hold, split, transfer or release the GPU purchase price. Buyer and seller arrange payment, testing, shipping, insurance, taxes and handover directly.
Local inspection and handover are recommended when practical. For remote transactions, agree the carrier, evidence, return terms and available legal remedies before payment or shipment.

Legal review requiredGPU Circle does not guarantee payment, delivery, condition or a legal outcome. Mandatory local consumer and other rights still apply.
Private records may be disclosed externally only when legally required or supported by a valid legal request.
