Operational rules describe current product behavior. “Legal review required” marks wording or obligations that must be checked for each jurisdiction; it is not a promise of legal enforcement.

Eligibility and disclosure

Operational rule

Same-country transactions are preferred, not mandatory. The website currently shows destination-based shipping and duty estimates; it does not yet provide a live carrier quote or independently confirm every seller-buyer country pair.

A cross-border order must not be opened until GPUCircle confirms the route and carrier. Only enabled country pairs and carriers may proceed. International delivery and import amounts remain estimates, and customs review can delay delivery.

Authoritative delivery event

Operational rule

The 72-hour buyer inspection clock begins only when GPUCircle records an authoritative carrier-confirmed delivery event. A seller-entered date, label creation, shipment scan, estimated date, or unsupported tracking message does not start the clock.

Packing and tracking

Operational rule

Sellers must use anti-static protection, rigid packaging, adequate padding, tracked delivery, and insurance where the order requires it. Packing and hand-off evidence may be used in a dispute.

Country rules

Legal review required

Import, export-control, sanctions, product-safety, tax, and consumer-return obligations vary by route. Availability in the interface is not legal advice or a guarantee that a shipment will clear customs.
