Buyers inspect the card for 72 hours after authoritative carrier-confirmed delivery. Funds stay in the platform hold until they accept or the window lapses. This is a payment hold, not a licensed escrow service.

A claim must preserve the serial, tamper state, shipment record and evidence chain.
Dead-on-arrival and not-as-described evidence is reviewed; no refund, return allocation or sanction is automatic.
No buyer's-remorse returns by default.
Conflicting serial, custody or proof evidence requires manual review.
