Operational rules describe current product behavior. “Legal review required” marks wording or obligations that must be checked for each jurisdiction; it is not a promise of legal enforcement.
Products at launch
Operational ruleGPUCircle currently accepts used NVIDIA GPU cards only. Other card types may be added later, but are not eligible until the listing flow explicitly supports them.
Listings must identify one physical card with a readable serial and honest condition evidence. Counterfeit, stolen, relabelled, or serial-tampered products are prohibited.
Local first, international allowed
Operational ruleThe marketplace recommends same-country transactions first because delivery, inspection, returns, and support are simpler.
Cross-border buying is allowed only for country pairs and carriers explicitly enabled by GPUCircle. Checkout must show eligibility, shipping, customs, import tax, export-control, and return-shipping information before payment; availability does not guarantee customs clearance.
Retail and wholesale
Operational ruleRetail listings represent individual cards and use the standard cart, payment hold, carrier-confirmed delivery, and buyer inspection flow.
Wholesale is a controlled pilot. An RFQ is not an order or stock reservation; every accepted unit requires per-serial evidence and acceptance, and payment must use the supported wholesale order process.
Language and policy bundle
Operational ruleGPUCircle product interfaces, policies, procedures, forms, transactional emails, and legal text are English-only at launch. Arabic may be used in conversation, but no Arabic product or legal translation is currently offered or promised.
Before a covered action, the user acknowledges the effective policy bundle. The server retains the exact effective version and acknowledgment snapshot with the transaction where that workflow is supported.
