Operational rules describe current product behavior. “Legal review required” marks wording or obligations that must be checked for each jurisdiction; it is not a promise of legal enforcement.

Verification levels

Operational rule

Seller-submitted means the seller supplied the identity, specification, condition, and usage information; it has not yet been confirmed by GPUCircle.

Evidence checked means moderators reviewed the required photographs, GPU-Z capture, stress-test evidence, and serial-label consistency.

A serial or catalogue match identifies submitted hardware information only. It does not prove authenticity, ownership, mining history, repairs, temperature history, or current condition.

Qualifying stress-test evidence

Operational rule

The launch standard is FurMark 2 run for at least 15 minutes.

Upload its strict UTF-8 TXT result or FurMark CSV monitoring log. Short or incomplete runs do not satisfy the requirement.

A paid 3DMark result may be retained as optional supplementary evidence for a seller who already has it, but it does not replace FurMark. 3DMark normally requires Steam; sellers are not asked to install it.

Condition grades and safety gate

Operational rule

Grades A, B, C, and D are sellable only when the GPU is functional, safe, and supported by the mandatory per-card evidence. Sellers disclose condition facts; moderation assigns the final grade.

Grade D means heavily worn or maintenance recommended. It does not mean broken, for parts, artifacting, liquid-damaged, structurally cracked, unsafe, or exempt from a passing 15-minute FurMark result.

Wholesale Grade D lots require 100% per-unit inspection under an entitled workflow and cannot use representative sampling. The interface does not book an inspection provider.

UAE physical inspection

Operational rule

Physical inspection intake is available only in the United Arab Emirates and only after GPUCircle operations explicitly confirms an appointment and handling instructions.

The website does not currently book an inspection partner automatically. Do not ship or hand over a card for inspection without written operational confirmation.

The optional paid Verified+ add-on remains hidden and cannot be charged unless GPUCircle enables its production feature flag after the complete routing, custody, and reporting workflow is operational.

Meaning of verification

Legal review required

Verification reduces information risk but is not a warranty, insurance policy, guarantee of future performance, or promise that a court or authority will enforce a transaction.

Identity and dispute retention

Legal review required

KYC evidence, identity-provider records, dispute evidence, and related retention periods are set by applicable law and contracted provider terms. GPUCircle does not publish a fixed retention promise until those requirements are approved for the operating jurisdiction.
